It is empowering to draw upon your own inner resources - to seek assistance in doing this is a strength not a weakness.
A therapy session averages 50 minutes, although hypnotherapy sessions may require more time. The number of sessions and the particular therapy needed depends on the nature of the issue. For example, it usually takes two sessions to deal with habit smoking. However, some conditions may require several sessions, depending on their nature and underlying causes.
Fees
Fees for an initial consultation and subsequent consultations are in accordance with standard rates.

Lois takes referrals from GPs, dentists and other professionals. She does not work through the NHS, and is strictly private.
